FAQ

Q. Is Product X in stock?

A. We do everything we can to ensure the products on the site match the products in our warehouse. If the product is on the site and available to purchase, it is in stock. Please understand occassionally we do make mistakes, and if a product is available on the website and it shouldn't be, we'll correct it and contact you as soon as possible.

Q. Has my order shipped yet?

A. We do our best to get orders out very quickly. Sometimes things take longer than expected. The firearm market is very hectic now, and we ask your patience in shipping your order. Your order will get there, we promise.

Q. Can I come pick my order up? Are you online only?

A. Nope, to both. No, you can not pick your order up. We do not have a retail site at the moment. We do have a physical office that we work out of, but all of our sales are through our website.

Q. Do you do build kits/breakaway kits for customers in states with a High-Cap Ban Law?

A. No, we do not.

Q. Do you ship to AFO and Military Bases?

A. Yes! Simply enter your address on the checkout page and we'll get it shipped to you.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. No, we only ship to all 50 of the United States. Due to a limitation of the shopping cart software we use, we can not disable non-US countries from the address form.

Q. Will I get a tracking number when my order ships?

A. Yes, you will get a tracking number sent to your email address when your order ships. Please ensure orders@dallasshootingsupplies.com is whitelisted in your email account to avoid this email possibly going to your Spam folder.

Q. How does ordering a firearm work?

A. First, please find a Federal Firearms License holder in your area. You can use this tool on GunBroker.com to locate a FFL holder. Have that FFL fax us his information (to 972-478-4715). We will ship the firearm to that FFL. They will then contact you to set up the transfer. Please note, occassionally FFL holders charge a transfer fee. This is entirely up to them, and is entirely independent of Dallas Shooting Supplies.

Q. Will you ship high-capacity rifle magazines to Hawaii?

A. While it may be legal to ship high capacity rifle magazines to Hawaii, we aren't going to do it.
