Return Policy

Dallas Shooting Supplies offers a 30 day full return, refund policy minus shipping charges for unused items. Installing an item on your gun, loading a magazine, or any other normal expected use of an item constitutes it being used. We do not allow returns on used items or ammunition. We do not offer refunds on ammunition. Please be sure you have selected the right ammunition before you make a purchase.

Please contact Dallas Shooting Supplies prior to your return either through our website or through the email address orders@dallasshootingsupplies.com. Please retain the original invoice you received with your shipped order. You will need to send the original invoice (no copies please) with your return to ensure fastest possible processing. If you are returning part of a full order (for example, you ordered 3 items, but are only returning 1), please circle or indicate the item you are returning on the invoice. For original, unopened items, we charge a 20% restocking fee. Please ensure that you return all original accessories associated with the products, including but not limited to manuals, documentation, screws, nuts, bolts, or other registration. We do not offer refunds on shipping. If these conditions are met, you will receive a full refund of the products returned within 48 hours.

We do not refund or accept returns for ammunition. Please know what you are purchasing before you purchase it.

Shipping Policy

We do our best to ensure all products are in stock and their inventory is as current as possible. You will receive a shipping tracking through for UPS Tracking when your order ships. If there is a problem with your order, you will be contacted. Please note, after your order is shipped, it is your responsibility to ensure proper delivery. UPS will attempt to deliver the item 3 times before it is returned to us. After it is returned, you will have to pay to have it re-delivered. Having an item returned to Dallas Shooting Supplies as the result of failure to receive it properly will incur the additional 20% restocking fee should you decide you want a return.
